Its like some crazy refined Cthulu beast scholar. I drew him with the idea that he would be the curator of the great library, or some sort of insane scholar who had tried to extract power from the stars, and as such his appearance is such. There was a book which would've been in the picture, but I couldn't make it work, maybe ill resubmit it later. I make all these characters, I really should do something with them, but you know, writing is tuff, and i no do et gud.
